Silverbirch buys regional produce ensuring our support of the suppliers in the area. We build our menu on homemade, wholesome natural goodness and produce flavours of each season.

All of our food is prepared daily by our team of chefs. Mary’s home baking is our best kept secret, with a selection of mouth watering classics baked fresh daily in our bakery. We are the only Garden Centre in Clyde Valley with table service and also outdoor table service with a view of the Garden Centre.
