Here at Silverbirch we specialise in stocking a wide range of locally sourced Scottish produce. We stock Clydeside tomatoes & strawberries seasonally. We are well known locally for our vast selection of luxury Christmas Hampers – the perfect gift!

	Introducing a delicious range of classic and contemporary preserves and sauces from Scotland’s favourite cook. From her home in Kinloch Lodge on the Isle of Skye Claire MacDonald has perfected the art of effortless home cooking. Using the finest natural ingredients locally sourced whenever possible, she has amassed a library of recipes all available at Silverbirch.

	The Tracklement Company hand make the most delicious mustards, chuyneys, pickles, relishes, jellies, ketchups, vinaigrettes. Simple ingredients, clean, classic, delicious tastes.

Tiptree is the home of the Wilkin Family. They’ve farmed there for nearly 300 years. The very first Tiptree conserves were made there in 1885 and to this day specialise in fruit growing on the Tiptree estates. Wide range available in store today.
